Keep improving as each of us knows something but nobody knows everything

Once, I worked with the colleague who could speak fluent German, Spanish and French. Some of us were able to use given languages however not to the extend he did. He devoted a lot of time to attend evening classes, go on holiday and practice given languages. He has become an articulate speaker! Each of us can become fluent in something we are passionate about. It takes time and effort but it will give you a niche. Get to know yourself what are your strengths and weaknesses and decide where specialist knowledge could be useful.
